GRMA is the new GAA Membership Card Programme.

Registration for the programme is now open 

with benefits available from January 2017.

The online registration site for the new GAA Membership Card and grma rewards programme is now live. GAA Club Members are asked to register for the programme at gaa.ie/grma

Registered Members will receive their official GAA Membership Card personalised with their name, club and GAA membership number from January.

The grma rewards programme will also be available from January providing registered GAA Members with access to exclusive discounts, special offers and the opportunity to earn points for going to games. 

Points can be redeemed by individual members or pooled for redemption by GAA clubs. Members need their GAA membership number to register on gaa.ie/grma

Posters and membership number leaflets have been delivered to all county board office for distribution to clubs. The leaflets should be used to provide members with their membership number when renewing their subscription for 2017. Membership Cards will only be distributed to members who have signed up to grma online.

A national media launch will take place at Croke Park with Uachtarán Aogan Ó Fearghail on Tuesday 22nd November. 

In the New Year, phase two of the programme will be launched. This will enable GAA supporters and match-goers to register and earn points through the grma programme.

Membership Cards are only issued to GAA Club Members who have renewed their subscriptions.

Ladies

St Pats Ladies created history on Saturday last when they capture the county junior title. 

St Pats Ladies were formed last year and were defeated by Calry/St Josephs in their first final last season. 

In this years final St Pats faced Shamrock Gaels and ran out winner on the scoreline of 6-8 to 2-8. 

Shamrock Gaels battled hard but in the final quarter St Pats upped their work rate to secure their well deserved  title.

The team on duty was Aoife Keane, Claudia Finnerty, Claire Walsh, Cara Avery, Lynn Kilgallen, Michaela Mahon, Eimear Kearins(0-1), Shaunagh Brady(1-2), Emma Kevany(3-3), Aisling Giblin(0-1), Leah Kelly(0-1), Naomi Higgins, Aisling Brady, Una Clarke, Brid Leonard(1-0), Kelly Mc Munn(1-0), Eimear Kelly, Gina Lynch, Jennifer Mahon, Holly Davis, Katie Lang, Catherine Clarke, Tara Maire Gallagher, Rachel Mahon, Laura Mc Munn, Bebhienne Keane, Noeleen Ruane. 

St Pats now qualify for the  Connacht Championship were they will face St James who are based in the east side of Galway City. 

The game is fixed for 15th of October. Full details of game will be know in the coming weeks. 

The club congratulate the ladies on their magnificent win. 

A huge amount of praise must go to team manager Martin Giblin for the work and time he has put in over the last two year. 

The club wish to thank Martin and his selector Claire Walsh for all the efforts. 

Also thanks to all the players for all the work and to everyone who helped behind the scenes.

  • Weekly Update 15/08/16 IntermediateSt Pats Seniors play Bunninadden in the Championship on Saturday last in the final group game. St Pats required a win to book their place in the quarter final. Bunninadden opened the scoring with a pointed free only for Padraig Clarke to level matters.Following a great move Paddy Farrell pointed.
